Compassionate Psychotherapy for Your Journey of Healing and Self-Discovery.
Hi, and welcome! I’m a psychotherapist passionate about supporting people as they navigate their unique journeys of healing and self-discovery. I work both in person and online on either a short-term or long-term basis.
-
I’m a psychodynamic therapist with a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental approach. At the heart of my work is curiosity—a genuine interest in understanding your unique experiences and supporting you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
I have experience helping people with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, LGBTQIA+ issues, low self-esteem, existential concerns, family conflict, and suicide ideation. I also have particular expertise working with individuals affected by HIV and those exploring issues related to chemsex, which is the focus of my current master’s dissertation.
Whatever brings you to therapy, I’m here to offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard. If you’d like to know more or think we might be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s take the first step together.

Psychodynamic therapy is a form of talk therapy that focuses on exploring the deeper layers of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It’s based on the idea that our current experiences are often influenced by unconscious patterns and past events, especially those from childhood.
By bringing these patterns into awareness, psychodynamic therapy helps you understand the root causes of emotional challenges, uncover hidden conflicts, and gain insight into how your past shapes your present. This process can lead to lasting changes in the way you relate to yourself and others.
In our sessions, you’ll have a safe and supportive space to share your thoughts and feelings freely. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface to help you understand yourself more deeply and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.

I offer a free 15 minute online consultation to see if we click.
If we do agree to work together, 50 minute sessions are offered at £80 per session. I do offer reduced rates to those on lower incomes. Please contact me for details.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s natural to wonder what to expect. Here’s an outline of how the process works:
The Initial Consultation
We’ll begin with a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll answer any questions you might have and explain how I work. Together, we can decide if my approach feels right for you and your needs. The First Sessions
In the early sessions, we’ll take time to explore your reasons for seeking therapy, discuss your history, and identify the goals you’d like to work toward. This helps us build a shared understanding of your unique experiences and what you hope to achieve.Ongoing Therapy
As therapy progresses, sessions will provide a regular, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in depth. We’ll work together to uncover patterns and connections between your past and present, gaining insight into the challenges you’re facing. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’ll be there to support and guide you every step of the way.Your Journey
Each person’s therapy journey is unique. Some clients may work through a specific issue over a shorter period, while others might choose to explore deeper, long-standing concerns over a longer time. There’s no “right” timeline—what matters is finding the pace that feels right for you.If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to hear from you.
